The law firm FišerLegal is based on a young dynamic team that solves even the most intricate cases with determination. We help our clients to protect their interests in everyday life as well as in exceptional situations.

Our law firm emphasises an individual and professional approach to the client, maximum protection of his rights and interests and finding the optimal solution for his situation. Legal services are based on extensive communication with the client and understanding his needs and interests. They are adjusted to the actual situation, flexible and are provided externally where needed. We represent our clients in litigation as well as in extrajudicial matters, in long term administration of any legal matters including debt collection. Pursuant to our client’s needs and requests we provide lawsuits, petitions, claims, appeals or warning letters to adverse parties.

Lead practitioner

JUDr. Ing. Jan Fišer

Graduated in Law and Jurisprudence from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2011. Graduated in International Trade with minor specialization in Law and Business from University of Economics, Prague, Faculty of International Relations, the following year. He can offer clients a broader economic perspective on the subject matter. He passed the state exam at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and was awarded Doctor of Law in 2014.

He attended primary and secondary school in Germany and has spent time in Great Britain. He speaks fluent German and English. He has interpreted and translated in the past, including specialised publication (e.g. Manuelle Neurotherapie: Nervenreflextherapie am Fuß).

In the course of his studies he was engaged in the law firm AK Majer and partners, later in the law office of JUDr. Jana Dvořáková Závodská. He also attended an internship at the District court Prague-east. He was employed as a trainee lawyer by Mgr. Libor Buchta in a law firm of four cooperating attorneys at law since 2011. He cooperates with Christopher H. D. Smith, solicitor of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of England and Wales, advocate of the Czech Bar and partner responsible for the international law firm Lovell’s Central European and Chinese offices from 1991 to 2000, on a long term basis.
